Gym Log+ is the fast, private workout tracker — logging lifting sets in seconds since 2013, now rebuilt from the ground up for modern iPhone and Apple Watch. I built Gym Log+ in 2013 because I wanted a faster way to log my workouts. I rebuilt it in 2026 for the same reason. ALREADY A GYM LOG+ USER? Welcome back. Your data comes with you: on first launch, the app imports every workout, routine, custom exercise, body log, and progress photo you ever recorded. Nothing is deleted from the old data. And if you bought the app or its Pro upgrade — even years ago — your purchase is honored: you get Pro, for life, at no charge. SWITCHING FROM ANOTHER APP? Bring your history along. Gym Log+ imports other workout apps' CSV exports in about a minute, so your whole training record lives in one place. LOG FAST The whole app is built around one idea: nothing should slow down a set. • Your previous workout's sets sit beside today's — see what to beat, tap Log, done • Autofill suggests your next set; rest timers can start themselves • Per-exercise rest timers, with a separate timer for your last set • Supersets, warm-up sets, failure sets, drop sets, and optional RPE • Cardio too: time, distance, and pace • Warm-up calculator: a plate-rounded ramp up to today's working weight • Plate calculator: exactly what to load on each side of the bar APPLE WATCH — TRULY STANDALONE Leave your phone in the locker. The watch app logs complete workouts on its own — routines, sets, rest timers — and records heart rate and Activity ring credit. Everything syncs up afterward. ROUTINES, FOLDERS, PROGRAMS • Build routines with target sets, reps, and rep ranges • Organize routines into folders — or convert a folder into a program • Programs know what's next: finish today's workout and the next day is queued up • Plan catalog: 15 ready-made plans from beginner to advanced, free • Share any routine or program as a file a friend can open in Gym Log+ CHARTS THAT ANSWER QUESTIONS • A progress chart on every exercise: top set, estimated 1RM, volume, and reps — drag to scrub any day • Stats dashboard: weekly training frequency, muscle-group volume this week vs last, and all your personal records — the last 3 months free, all-time with Pro • Body-weight trend chart BODY TRACKING Log body weight free, with a trend chart, a goal line, and optional two-way Apple Health sync. Pro adds body measurements and progress photos with notes. Finished workouts can be saved to Apple Health too. MULTIPLE PROFILES (PRO) Share one device with a partner or family, or log clients' workouts in person as a trainer — each profile keeps its own routines, history, and body logs. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. Not "sign up later" — there is no account, no server, and no ads. Your data lives on your devices and syncs through your own private iCloud. And it stays yours: export a full backup file or a plain CSV spreadsheet any time, free. FREE AND PRO Free, forever: full workout logging, a catalog of 500+ exercises — strength, cardio, stretching, and yoga — plus your own custom exercises, the Apple Watch app, exercise progress charts, body-weight logging, the plan catalog, rest timers, the warm-up and plate calculators, the stats dashboard for the last 3 months, monthly recap cards to share, import, and export. The free tier includes up to 4 routines and 7 custom exercises. Pro unlocks unlimited routines and custom exercises, body measurements and progress photos, multiple profiles, progression suggestions on the logging screen, side-by-side workout comparison, and the all-time stats dashboard with a year-in-review card: $4.99/month, $29.99/year with a 7-day free trial, or $79.99 once — lifetime, no subscription. Gym tracker and workout log built by a lifter, for lifters. Unlimited routines and workouts, your full history forever, no ads, no paywall spam. My mission is to deliver a workout log app that will help you make progress, build strength, and ensure hypertrophy, all that for free. I will never change a free feature to a paid one, spam the paywall, limit routines or workout logs, etc. (all the bad stuff other workout trackers do). What sets Strive apart: - Create unlimited workout routines, most trackers paywall this - Your full history, forever - every workout, set and chart since day one, no history limit. During a workout tap any exercise to see its history and your previous numbers - Your data stays yours - stored on your phone, backed up to iCloud, and you can create a manual backup anytime - Workout plans: 33 ready-made programs (nSuns, PHUL, Reddit PPL, 5x5, Arnold Split and more), a plan creator that builds a plan for you from a short survey, or your own plan with workouts assigned to days or in order - Plan summary - when a plan ends you get a progress analysis and recommendations - Automatic progression - turn it on in a routine and the app raises the weight or reps for the next workout, advanced rules are still there for the nerds - Automatic warmup sets, per exercise - RIR/RPE tracking with effective reps metric - Advanced charts, analyze routine, body part or exercise progress - Personal records and estimated 1RM for every exercise - Progress photos, compare them side by side - Measurements and body proportions, see how you compare to ideal ranges - Rest timer per exercise or per routine, visible on the lock screen - Home screen widgets and a personalizable dashboard, choose from many widgets in various sizes and have all the data at a glance - Plate calculator with your own plates and bars - Gear - assign straps, belts or sleeves to routines and never forget them again - Placeholder exercise - pick a category or body part and choose the actual exercise during the workout, based on how you feel or what's free at the gym - Custom keyboard to input workout data frictionlessly, copy values from the previous set, set a value for all sets, increment and decrement - Apple Health sync - import cardio and bodyweight, send your workouts to Health - Share workouts and routines with friends or followers, cardio share cards with your GPS route - PT report - send your coach a clean summary of your training - Mark workouts as deloads to better understand and analyze the data - Fully offline - I know some gyms have poor reception - Wrapped, see your year in review at the end of the year - Themes & theme creator - No ads, no selling your data, no tracking across apps Rest of the features that you would expect: - Exercise database with 335 exercises, animations and technique tips - Notes - All set types: warmup, dropset, myo reps etc. - Workout finish reminder - never again open the app to see that you have not saved the previous workout - Plan workout reminders - Dark mode I hope my app will help you achieve your goals, in general, just progress and get better. I promise to develop this app until it is your favorite gym log and workout tracker app. Remember, we all are gonna make it! Your gym bro, Artur. _________________________________________ Terms of Use: https://strive-workout.com/terms-conditions/ Privacy Policy: https://strive-workout.com/privacy-policy/
