With Telenor’s PureMobile App, you and your company gain access to a range of professional mobile features. You can use the app to provide a better service to your customers, to get a more efficient workday and finally improve the internal collaboration in your company. The PureMobile App works with all business subscriptions in Telenor. Get started quickly. The first time you log on to the App, type in your mobile number followed by the code you receive by SMS. Then you are up and running. This digital ID app allows you to log in, sign documents, and approve actions across various self-service platforms. Authenticate on your mobile with a swipe or on your computer by scanning a QR code. Activate your ID using your passport or an activation code.

MitID is your digital ID. You use it when you want to log in, sign digitally and approve actions in various self-service solutions. If you need to approve on your mobile or tablet, you do it with a single swipe in the app. To authenticate on your computer, scan a QR code. Activate your MitID You can activate your MitID in your app by scanning your passport/ID card or with an activation code from Borgerservice. If you have a new mobile, you can copy your MitID from your old app. In the app you can also... View or change your user ID, change the mobile number you use for MitID, block or reactivate MitID, approve with a button instead of a swipe, or choose the app in multiple languages. Have a spare MitID Having an extra MitID is a good idea. If you happen to lose your mobile with the app on it, you can still use MitID.
