The clearest difference is rating: PRECC at 1.9 against my PenTex's 1.6. my PenTex's advantage is review sentiment (9% vs 0%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
