General Number vs WhoDo

Have you been frustrated lately when spelling your name, street address, or email to customer support or while exchanging contact information with a business associate or a friend? With this application, instead of spelling your contact information, you will provide a randomly generated short numerical identifier – General Number (GN), which acts as a handle to request contact information from your phone. Just choose what you want to share, click “send,” and you are done. When you see the GN logo displayed on a website or billboard, you can use this app to transfer all of the company’s contact information and promotions into your phone by simply typing in the GN and clicking "submit." We respect your privacy and neither track users nor ask them to provide any information to us. GN does not require an account or registration. Your contact information is sent directly from your phone to the recipient device (phone or computer) and is not stored in the cloud.
