Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Gem Slash at none against Infinity Snooker's shown. Gem Slash also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Infinity Snooker's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
