About

PartYard

Features

PartYard is the storage memory for any business that receives parts or stock and must find them again fast — collision and repair workshops, warehouses, stores and yards. Everything that arrives is received against a vehicle, job or claim number, photographed, and stored in a coded rack cell or a mapped spot on the floor or in the yard. When someone needs it, one scan shows exactly where each item is — with a rack schematic, floor plans, the photos taken at storage, and a compass that points the way. RECEIVE • Scan the supplier invoice — the claim number, part lines, quantities, back-orders and prices are read for you, checked by you, saved on your say-so • Or scan the VIN sticker, plate or reference barcode — on-device OCR, no typing • Photograph each item as proof of receipt STORE • Coded racks with zones, rows and cells, drawn once • Floor and yard areas on architectural plans with real symbols — bays, doors, racking • Wide, close and detail photos so the spot is unmistakable FIND • One scan — every item stored for that job, where it is, who put it there • Rack view highlights the exact cell; the plan walks you to the spot • Back-ordered items stay visible until the supplier delivers REGISTER BY VOICE OR PAPER • Dictate a new intake — customer, model, registration, claim — and the form fills itself • Or photograph the registration card or claim sheet and check what was read • Every automatic read shows its exact cost first and never saves without your confirmation BUILT FOR THE FLOOR • Works fully offline — everything is kept on the device and synced when there is signal • Phone and tablet layouts; large touch targets for gloved hands • Roles for admins, supervisors, storekeepers and technicians • Web admin panel for staff, racks and floor plans PartYard is used with an account created by your administrator.
