Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Barks and Recreation at 100% against Sun Tan City's 22%. Barks and Recreation also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Sun Tan City's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 20) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
