With it’s simple and intuitive design you can save time between your sets and focus on the one thing that is most important - Your workout. Templates: Track your workout according to your personal preferences and create custom templates to reuse. Whatever type you are – Sets has the answers. Exercise Library: Sets offers a predefined list of 200+ exercises with descriptions and instructions that you can add to your workouts. You can filter the exercises so you can easily search for and get inspired by new exercises. And if you don't find the exercise you need, just create your own one. Workout Tracking: When you’re giving it your best you don’t want to spend all your time in between sets writing complicated lists or using several apps tracking all your stats. With its fast and lightweight approach, Sets enables you to track your exercises, sets and reps all in one place so you can focus your entire energy on your workout. Stay flexible and add exercises and sets as you go. Don’t remember your workout values from last time? No problem, Sets has got you covered and will show and even prefill the values from the previous workout. Timer and Stopwatch: Don’t loose track of time – instead use the custom timer to as an example track the pause in between sets and get notified when it’s time to start the next one. Pause/resume and stop the timer directly from the lock screen with the new live activity. Furthermore you can use the stopwatch that enables you to track a run or exercises like the Wall Sit and directly save that value to your current workout if you like. Records: View, filter and compare all your previous workouts to take a look at your progress. Tap an item in the list to view detailed information about the specific workout and find out what you have tracked. Use the new calendar view to oversee what your workout schedule looks like for the month and how you’ve progressed throughout the year. Statistics: If you want to go even deeper, compare all your weight, reps, etc. throughout all your tracked workouts to progressively overload and visualize exactly what you’ve accomplished. You choose how you want to display the progress – over the current week, month, year or all time. Sets provides you with everything you need to achieve new personal records. Personalization: Customise the appearance of the app by changing the accent color, adding a profile picture and adjusting the theme (dark/light) to match your personal style. If you like, add your personal information such as age, weight and height so your tracking of workout values (e.g. calories) can be even more precise – all without giving anyone your data, because the app values your privacy. Reminders and Notifications: Create custom times and weekdays to be reminded to start a workout or let the app tell you when you should be active again – all defined by you to support your personal goals. Cloud Backup: Sets uses the Apple iCloud to backup all your data in a personal container, so you can access it everywhere without giving anyone your data. Widgets: Use one of the three Home Screen Widgets to quick track a Workout, visualize your progress or view the last workout stats.
