Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Inkling at 4.5 against ACE Library's 2.6. Inkling also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 36). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
