Verdict
The clearest difference is price: ReddiNet at Free against OCMedic's $4.99. ReddiNet also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.6). OCMedic's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months) and chart position (#198 vs unranked). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
