Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: dMemo at 5.0 against MemoP's 4.5. dMemo also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). MemoP's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and ratings volume (28 vs 1). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MemoP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. dMemo asks for nothing beyond the download.
dMemo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MemoP has 28 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of dMemo's written reviews are positive against 100% of MemoP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
dMemo ships an update monthly, MemoP every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
