The BT One Phone Application allows you to control your BT One Phone service when and where you want. My Status shows you your current presence status, number of new and saved voicemail messages, your last 3 calls and other useful information depending on the privileges for your user account. The company directory in the app is available also in an off-line mode. Local directory sync downloads the company directory into a separate contact group locally in your mobile phone.
