Verdict
Matco Tools and HornBlasters both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 88% of HornBlasters's written reviews are positive against 35% of Matco Tools's. HornBlasters also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Matco Tools's advantage is ratings volume (5.2K vs 16). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Matco Tools against 4.8 for HornBlasters.
