Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: Draft Paper at free with in-app purchases against Surveyorpad's subscription. Draft Paper also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks) and device support (3 vs 1). Surveyorpad's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 51%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
