The entity will populate all the staff members and you can decide how much to give them. Now you can tip using your credit cards, Bank transfers, debit cards to make it as easy as possible. Also you can leave a message instead of filling out cards and save trees.  For the person receiving the tips, they can get their tips sent to them via bank transfer and other favorable  options.
