Good app when it works
This app has been working for me for 2 years, and I am suddenly just unable to open up the “employers” tab or it closes the app. It would be better if it worked.

App issues
So my issue is with the notification part of the app. Last year I used to get email notifications when tips were added but for some reason I don’t get them now. I don’t even get push notifications even though they’re set up in settings. I’ve tried some basic troubleshooting but nothing works. I contacted support and they told me that I have to login with email or number which I have but still nothing.

It is horrible they call your boss if you complain to their customer service which is bad be careful
Yea of course the people who give the money will say its good. But if you are receiving the money it sucks. They are unprofessional and barley do anything correct. They have issues with cards being linked and also have no number just a email that you have to hit up as customer service. And they dont know what the hell they are doing. It sucks it makes tipping horrible and i hare it. This is my first time leaving such a bad review for a app. Thats saying alot this app is trash dumpster fire and needs to be deleted. Tip your fellow workers like the old days its not a good way to tip im sorry its just not makes it very difficult.

I have tried multiple times to redeem the virtual debit card and it has never worked.
Withdraw system
got rid of the instant transfer to Grazzee card and replaced it with Amazon gift card, not everyone uses online shopping, very inconvenient since the transfer to the checking account doesn’t even work properly so I can’t even touch the money i made
Exceptional service
I could not figure out where a missing balance of $90 went when I tried to apply to a gift card. I contacted Support from the app on my phone and was given immediate assistance. Had a question I asked and was answered right away in a timely fashion, and in fact, the support was able to email the code I needed for my gift card. Absolutely easy with no hassle!!!

Scammers
They took my money away and account was closed next day. Total scam stay off. Zach is the ceo, the way the contact you is unprofessional and they are dirty scammers, he closed down my account once money was tipped in my account and I show him that my customer said the money was cleared from his bank. I provide him with transactions history but he didn’t release the money. Zach is a scammer

Apple please take down this review. This person tried to scam us and since we foiled their scheme they added a bad review. The money was never cleared from their bank account. Please track down there IP etc as we are trying to find out who they are so we can report them to the authorities.

Easy Receiving Money, Poorly Made App
As an employee, Grazzee was very useful in seeing my balance and individual tips I had received. I also liked how I could use email to message the person who tipped me to thank them. However, the app is poorly made. It feels thrown together and besides having an approval message being sent to your phone number, there is no security when logging into the app.

Don’t bother
A lot of the glowing reviews on here refer to people who give money on this app, and not one refers to the people actually receiving money. This was an absolute hassle to transfer the money to my bank. And when it didn’t go through because of their app, I LOST $5 in a penalty fee. I transferred money to a debit card where I had to manually transfer it to my wallet. I needed to put a stop payment on something, and was directed to a different email where I was told a ticket was created and don’t hear back. I tried calling visa who then directed me to a different number related to Grazzee that was out of service. So I called three more times requesting a person to talk to. I was given ANOTHER robot who told me my card information was invalid. This is ridiculous, and now I am out money because of the incompetence of this app.

Revamp the Entire App Please
This app is terrible. Please fix that virtual debit card option and make the option to directly deposit to a debit card available. There’s no reason I need to jump through hoops to withdraw money.
Saves time!
I used the Grazzee app for tipping my building staff and I must say it makes the whole process much easier! I hated having to go get cash out every year and carry around envelopes hoping to see each doorman to give it to them, as I don’t trust handing them all over to one person to distribute.
My kids school
Just used Grazzee to show appreciation for my kids teachers. So easy and simple. All schools should use this. I wish I had this years ago
