SupplesSupply is a comprehensive app for active people, combining a workout journal, diet tracking, and health monitoring in one place. During an active workout, the app guides you through exercises — logging sets, reps, weights, and duration, with a built-in rest timer between sets. You can view your results from the previous session for each exercise, making progressive overload easy to track. The app supports strength, timed, and endurance (distance-based) exercises. Training history provides detailed stats for each session: total sets, reps, volume, and muscle groups trained. Workouts can be created manually or based on saved training plans. The calorie module lets you track macronutrient intake from a product database with a search engine and barcode scanner. The app also records body measurements and health parameters, so you can monitor your progress over time. Apple HealthKit integration automatically imports heart rate and calories burned from Apple Fitness, enriching your workout statistics. Social features let you add friends and optionally share your activity — workouts and meals — in a shared feed, fostering mutual motivation.
