Brown Thomas holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brown Thomas has 132 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Brown Thomas's written reviews are positive against 46% of Scan&Shop mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Brown Thomas ships an update monthly, Scan&Shop mobile every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
