Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Fuel Forward at 4.9 against Drive Oklahoma's 4.2. Fuel Forward also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Drive Oklahoma's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
