Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Ncell at none against WorldLink Wi's shown. Ncell also leads on rating (3.4 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (190 vs 2). WorldLink Wi's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
