Money is gone. The support is not helpful, and doesn’t want to refund the money and just waiting your time.

Ncell data
I have stopped using ncell after their campaign “Sadhain on”. I had purchased data for 3 days. But after that during emergencies I could not even use ncell data without purchasing data for certain time period! Bakwaas campaign to betray customers!

Wonderful service on the EBC
I'm currently into day 4 of my EBC trek and at Tingboche. The hotel's Wi-Fi speeds are 2 Mbps, while Ncell is 40 Mbps. I've been able to do HD Facetime with family for sunrises and sunsets. I finished the NPR 999, 50 GB data this evening. So I got online in Tengboche using this app and was able to quickly recharge to the NPR 1499 Sadhain pack with 100 GB data, unlimited data at nights and unlimited YouTube. Very happy with Ncell. Wonderful service.

Over prized data pack
Ncell is getting worse and worse day by day. The way they increase the data pack money ,its so hard to get a normal data pack. When using data pack, no signal .it doesn't work properly . Only waste of money. There is rarely signal of ncell . It used to give proper signal before but now no signal. Its not like a live far away in middle of forest but live in a town and neighboring village have necll tower but still lack of signal

This app doesn’t have back button. If we accidentally touched one of the icons, we should close the app and restart; we can’t go back.

I've been really frustrated with the internet connection lately. The speed is so weak that I constantly have to turn airplane mode on and off just to get it working. Even then, it only works for a few minutes before the speed drops again.
