Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: multiTrack at 5.0 against Ncell's 3.4. multiTrack also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). Ncell's advantage is ratings volume (189 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
