Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BluVac at 5.0 against ManTooth's 3.4. BluVac also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 12 months) and review sentiment (36% vs 22%). ManTooth's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 2) and iOS requirement (8.2 vs 11.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
