Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ring at 4.7 against COGIC's 4.1. Ring also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (31% vs 0%). COGIC's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
