Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: RealLife Exp at 4.3 against Skyn's 3.1. RealLife Exp also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). Skyn's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
RealLife Exp holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 19 and 17 respectively.
