Breathe in. Breathe out. Sometimes that is already a pretty good plan. MyBreathing helps you slow down for a moment and find a breathing rhythm that fits how you want to feel. Choose calm, focus, energy, sleep, or simply a mindful pause, then follow the clear on-screen guidance at your own pace. Pick from a collection of guided exercises, including extended-exhale breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, cyclic sighing, alternate-nostril breathing, and more. You can adjust the session length and tempo, then choose the cues that work best for you: animation, voice, soft breath sounds, or haptics. What you can do with MyBreathing: • Find exercises based on your current goal • Adjust duration and pace for each session • Use visual, voice, sound, and haptic guidance • Save favorites and quickly repeat a recent exercise • Review your sessions in a clear practice calendar • See practice minutes, streaks, and frequently used exercises • Add a simple check-in after a session • Set optional practice reminders • Optionally save completed sessions to Apple Health as Mindful Sessions No account. No ads. No In-App costs. No analytics or tracking. Your practice history stays available offline and syncs between your devices through your private iCloud database. You can export or delete it whenever you like. MyBreathing is a general wellness app, not a medical device. Follow the in-app safety guidance, never practice intensive breathing while driving or near water, and stop if an exercise feels uncomfortable. Available in English and German.

MyBreathing's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 55%) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
