Colitis Tracker is the clinical symptom log built for people living with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, and other digestive conditions — designed to give you and your gastroenterologist the data that actually matters. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you log lives in your own Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud — your choice. Colitis Tracker never stores your health information on our servers. No subscriptions. No data mining. No cloud you don't control. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK - Daily symptoms — rectal bleeding, abdominal pain, fatigue, bloating, nausea, tenesmus, and more - Bowel movements — individual events with time and Bristol Stool Scale type - Medications — daily adherence plus infusion and appointment tracking for scheduled treatments - Food triggers — see which foods correlate with your symptoms - Menstrual cycle (optional) - Weight — synced with Apple Health - Mental wellness — optional PHQ-9 depression and GAD-7 anxiety screenings, prompted every two weeks PATTERN INSIGHTS The built-in insight engine analyzes your last 30–90 days of data on your device and surfaces patterns you might miss: flare frequency, Bristol trends, food correlations, and more. Everything computed locally — nothing sent anywhere. SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR Export a full PDF or CSV report covering any date range. Reports include a symptom summary, medication adherence, bowel movement trends, food correlations, mental wellness history, and an insight summary — formatted for your care team. APPLE HEALTH Colitis Tracker reads and writes to Apple Health automatically — weight, bowel events, GI symptoms, and more. REMINDERS Set daily logging reminders, medication alerts, and mental wellness nudges so nothing falls through the cracks. ABOUT COLITIS TRACKER Colitis Tracker started in 2014. It was built for a registered nurse living with Crohn's disease who needed a clinical record she could actually hand to her doctor. The app has been completely rebuilt from the ground up — available on any device, with the same focus on privacy and clinical utility it was founded on. Free to use. No subscription required.

Point your camera at any ingredient list. Know in seconds whether it is safecfor your gut. THE AI LABEL SCANNER This is what the app is built around. You are standing in a supermarket aisle holding a package with eleven ingredients you do not recognise. Instead of googling each one, you point the camera at the list. The text is read on your device. The AI then tells you, in plain language: • A clear verdict — safe, moderate or avoid • Which specific ingredients are the problem • Why they are a problem, in one or two sentences It catches the ones that hide. Onion and garlic powder, inulin, chicory root fibre, high-fructose corn syrup — the ingredients that wreck a low FODMAP day while sitting quietly behind words like "natural flavouring" or "spices". No photo is ever taken or stored. Only the recognised text leaves your phone. 288 FOODS, AND THE REASON BEHIND EACH ONE Most food lists tell you yes or no. This one tells you why, because the why is what stops you getting caught out: • Green banana is safe. Ripe banana is not — ripening turns starch into fructans • Firm tofu is fine. Silken tofu is not, because it is never pressed • Leek green tops are safe. The white bulb is not • Garlic-infused oil gives you all the flavour and none of the fructans Search by name, filter by category, tolerance or your own favourites. A WEEKLY PLANNER THAT CATCHES STACKING Organise breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Every day shows how many safe, moderate and avoid foods you have lined up. And it catches the thing almost no other app does: FODMAP load adds up. Three "moderate" foods across one day can hit you as hard as one "high" food, even though not one of them is high on its own. The app warns you when your day is stacking. A SHOPPING LIST YOU DID NOT HAVE TO WRITE It builds itself from your weekly plan. No duplicates, grouped by supermarket section. Tick items off as you shop, or share the list with whoever does it. EVERYTHING ELSE • History of every scan, so you can check what you ate last week • Dark mode • Manual entry, for labels that are creased, glossy or too small • English and Spanish • No sign-up. Open it and it works FREE AND PREMIUM - Free: the full 288-food dictionary, 3 AI scans every week, and today's planner. - Premium: unlimited scans, the full planner week, the automatic shopping list and the ready-made week templates. A HONEST NOTE This app is informational. It does not diagnose anything and it does not replace a doctor or a registered dietitian. The low-FODMAP diet is a clinical protocol best followed with professional supervision — done badly and for too long it can harm your gut bacteria. AI analysis can be wrong. Always read the label yourself before eating something, and never rely on this app if you have a food allergy.
