Ứng dụng chăm sóc khách hàng qua điện thoại di động thông minh của Tổng công ty Điện lực Miền Trung (EVNCPC), hỗ trợ khách hàng cập nhật thông tin kịp thời, nhanh chóng, tiện lợi về việc sử dụng điện. Ứng dụng hỗ trợ cho các khách hàng sử dụng điện 07 tỉnh, thành phố khu vực miền Trung - Tây Nguyên từ Quảng Trị đến Khánh Hoà. Các chức năng chính của ứng dụng bao gồm: Thông báo: Hệ thống sẽ chủ động gửi tin nhắn xuống ứng dụng khi có thông báo về tiền điện, lịch cắt điện, sự cố mất điện, ...
