Force Patient vs Innovative PT

Force Patient is prescribed to patients of Force-enabled healthcare organizations, allowing patients to watch videos, complete tasks on their daily To-Do Lists, and communicate with their Care Teams via messages. Data points from the patient are sent back to the Care Team, allowing them to understand patients' progress and take action when necessary. Force-enabled patients should have received a welcome email and can use the same login credentials that they use to access the web version of Force to log into this app. Force Patient is free for patients who have been prescribed Force at a Force-enabled organization. Requires a patient Force account. Force Patient utilizes Apple’s Health App to read your step data.

Welcome to the Innovative PT App! Log on to access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device. Using this app, you can access your personalized Home Exercise Program with HD Instructional videos. On the 'Messages' tab, you can securely communicate with your Innovative PT provider. As you complete your exercises, we'll give you trophies and medals to celebrate your progress! On the 'Awards' tab, you can track these items. Prefer a language other than English? Go to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to pick another language option. If you need to book an appointment, please go to the 'Appointments' tab for more info. Make sure to select 'Mark as Complete' when doing your exercises to ensure that your provider can keep track of your progress! You must be an Innovative PT patient to gain access. This app integrates with your iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data allowing your provider to monitor your activity.
