About

Alivio App

Features

Alivio supports your therapy between one session and the next. Your psychologist or psychiatrist assigns you personalized exercises and resources, and you practice them at your own pace from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Open the exercises your therapist chose for you. • Practice emotion regulation, breathing and daily-log techniques. • Keep a journal of your mood and your progress. • Read, listen to and watch the resources your therapist recommends. HOW IT WORKS Your therapist gives you a code or a QR to link your account. You don't need to create a username or a password: access is private and tied to your treatment. You can also sign up on your own, without a therapist, and link one later. SUBSCRIPTION Alivio is a subscription. Start with a 7-day free trial; when it ends, choose the plan that fits you: • Plus — the whole exercise catalogue and your journal, for when you have no therapist in the app yet. • Care — everything in Plus, and your therapist can assign you exercises and follow your progress between sessions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. PRIVACY Alivio is a clinical support tool; it does not replace professional care. Your information is protected and is only shared with your therapist. If you are in crisis or in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
