Verdict
Clorox Pool and Glidden both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 64% of Glidden's written reviews are positive against 14% of Clorox Pool's. Glidden also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Clorox Pool's advantage is ratings volume (29K vs 534) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
