PCS Pal helps military families document their belongings, keep up with the mover’s inventory, check deliveries, and prepare a supported claim. AI turns room videos into an itemized catalog, reads handwritten inventory sheet scribbles, and matches damage evidence to draft your claim. FILM YOUR ROOMS. GET YOUR CATALOG. Record your belongings before the move. Your room videos become an organized catalog you can review, with before photos kept alongside your items. MOVERS’ SCRIBBLES. MADE READABLE. Photograph the mover’s handwritten inventory sheets. Turn the scribbles into a readable digital inventory, then review the results and confirm anything that needs attention. DELIVERY BINGO. TAP AS IT ARRIVES. Check off sticker numbers as your belongings come through the door. See what has arrived and what still needs to be accounted for, with damage logging close at hand. SPOT DAMAGE. SNAP THE PROOF. Photograph damage on delivery day or while unpacking. Keep detail shots and wider views together in the item’s damage record. YOUR CLAIM. READY TO PASTE INTO DPS. Match damaged items to before photos and the mover’s inventory entries. Review the written claim and supporting evidence, then use the companion website on a computer to copy the claim fields into DPS and attach the evidence packet. You review and submit the claim yourself. ONE MOVE, FROM PACKING THROUGH CLAIMS. Keep your catalog, inventory sheets, delivery records, damage photos, and claim evidence connected across your move, including separate shipments. Capture records and check deliveries offline; an internet connection is required for sign-in, syncing, and AI processing. PCS Pal is an independent app developed by a veteran for military households and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense. Claim decisions are made by the responsible carrier or claims office. Screenshots show a sample move. Household photos are illustrative.
