Verdict
Mi Lowi and Mi DIGI both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 70% of Mi Lowi's written reviews are positive against 32% of Mi DIGI's. Mi Lowi also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (427 vs 15). Mi DIGI's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mi Lowi against 4.7 for Mi DIGI.
