Joogi is an app that combines the normal crowdfunding you know with auctions and rewards to put people into homes, completely debt-free. How do we do that exactly? - You get together with others to crowdfund a home and help it reach its full funding target. - That home is completely debt-free and it goes into an auction. - If you contributed to the crowdfund, you can bid in the auction. - You bid with rewards you earn in the app called Joogis. - The highest bidder in the auction wins the home. Join us in putting one million people into debt-free homes. - Sign up for Joogi and get Joogi rewards to start your wallet. - Contribute to the crowdfund of a home. - Earn more Joogis by referring friends to the app and checking in every day.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ExpertVoice at 4.9 against Joogi's 4.1. ExpertVoice also leads on ratings volume (59K vs 26). Joogi's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (85% vs 65%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
ExpertVoice holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ExpertVoice has 59K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of ExpertVoice's written reviews are positive against 85% of Joogi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
ExpertVoice ships an update every 8 days, Joogi fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
