ExpertVoice does not give you a deal
The deals on outdoor equipment and clothing are good, until you hit checkout and realize that the shipping cost makes your total about the same as if you went to a gear shop
Can’t login
Since they updated the app, I keep getting an error while trying to log in.
Where’s my order
I made a $2000 through this app with Garmin and never received my items. I have been attempting to get ExpertVoice to resolve this issue and I am always met with silence. Where’s my $2000.
Buttons don’t work
I can’t even get started cuz half of the app’s buttons don’t have an action. Can’t “verify for access”.
Disappointed
I would rate this app lower if I could. They do not have any kind of customer service and no way to contact someone other than the AI

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t edit my profile background. No matter how many times I change it…doesn’t work.

Filters is severely lacking
No option to sort by price or discount percentage. Filters frequently don’t work when sorting by review or even alphabetical order. Very frustrating to use. Unfortunate as they have a lot of brands and products but it’s usually not worth the hassle to save $5-10 over Amazon or another online outdoor retailer

Can’t sign in
I can sign in on the web version just fine, but am stuck on a log in loop on the app where it takes me back to the log in screen each time I sign in, so I’ve never actually logged in to the app.
Loss of brands means what’s the point?
Many of the brands that were really sweet have dropped from
access for military. Yakima, Kuat and Thule to name a few. With major brands pulling their access it seems almost pointless.
