The clearest difference is rating: The Bark Spa at 4.9 against EverWash's 3.7. The Bark Spa also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 58%). EverWash's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 9) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
