This has got to be the wordy Carwash in the area. Customer service is even worse than their Carwash.

I have been using this subscription for over a year and definitely get my moneys worth every month, I just changed my subscription from better wash to best but didn’t select “Touchless” on accident so I called and customer support answered within the first min, and said technical support is out of office but they put notes in my account to have it fixed the next day as soon as they open.
I figured great I’ll have to call back and explain it all again because they aren’t going to change it by themselves, no company does that. BUT TO MY SURPRISE! They actually did what they said and it was changed before I woke up!! (I’m pacific time, their office is eastern) very happy with everything

Good Wash Club
I have a membership in New Jersey during the summer in Florida during the winter. It’s very convenient. Both locations that I frequent do a great job. People are friendly and it’s. Very easy and cost-effective to keep your car looking great.
Worth it
I’ve been using this car wash for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The app makes everything so quick and easy—no waiting to pay every time I visit. I just pay once a month, and I can wash my car as many times as I want during that month. It’s super convenient, saves me a lot of time, and keeps my vehicle looking clean all the time. The whole process is fast, simple, and definitely worth it. I highly recommend it!

Real review! Luckily, this service offers the Car wash that I always go to anyway. All I have to do is scan the barcode and I'm off in washing my ride. It's really that simple and the customer service actually is amazing. I had a little issue in the beginning and they took care of it. I highly suggest doing it. Worst case scenario is you can always cancel it!

Most convenient way to keep a clean car! Love that I can go in there daily to get my car cleaned and not have to have money to feed a machine or go inside to get a code to use it. The guys who work there always do a great job of wiping everything down before I’m on my way! I have been using Everwash to wash my car for 30 years, so when they went to monthly online pay, I jumped at the offer! So much more convenient!

Why didn’t Ever Wash send promotional communication when I had a location close to me?
After my EverWash car wash in Delafield, Wisconsin closed. I only started getting great offers from every Wash once the location close to me was closed. Maybe you could’ve kept the Delafield franchise open if these offers were made months ago. Very frustrating and annoying to hear from you now more you’re gone than when you were in the area. FYI no one’s driving 60 miles for a car wash!

EverWash has been easy to work with. The local car wash is the problem here. They have a few locations. I’ve only visited 1 location 2x and both times it was out of commission. 1 visit to another location and same story. So I’ve probably used it successfully 5x and unsuccessfully 3x. When I’ve called in for support, EverWash was impressively helpful when they could be.

Need to have soap in the machine every time I go to was my vehicle’s there is never any soap in it I’m just wasting my money paying monthly and this is the ever wash on 77 sunshine strip in Harlingen and the one on commerce in Harlingen
Best Car Wash
Always pleased with the fast friendly service of the employees even when the outside temps are in the 90s. The attention to detail they show is awesome! The young man at the entrance is always very helpful and went out of his way to help me set up my account on my phone.
Worth Membership
Had sticker shock for single pay but got free wash from vendor decided to subscribe. Don’t even think about cost anymore just wash when i want. In Guam sun will peel the paint so well worth it

Car wash theivery
They allow the car wash to not be fully functional while expecting you to pay the full amount for the product. The machine I purchased usage for quit on washing my car at the beginning of the stage and left soap on my car to damage the paint.
Poor Customer Service
Car wash is constantly broke and app fails on scans frequently. EverWash will not refund

Went to a Touchless car wash 30 minutes away and turns out it wasn’t in service. All I was told by the owner was “idk when it will be fixed.” Reached out to customer support and said they would reach out and follow up but never did. Absolute waste of my time and waste of money.
