Why didn’t Ever Wash send promotional communication when I had a location close to me?
After my EverWash car wash in Delafield, Wisconsin closed. I only started getting great offers from every Wash once the location close to me was closed. Maybe you could’ve kept the Delafield franchise open if these offers were made months ago. Very frustrating and annoying to hear from you now more you’re gone than when you were in the area. FYI no one’s driving 60 miles for a car wash!

EverWash has been easy to work with. The local car wash is the problem here. They have a few locations. I’ve only visited 1 location 2x and both times it was out of commission. 1 visit to another location and same story. So I’ve probably used it successfully 5x and unsuccessfully 3x. When I’ve called in for support, EverWash was impressively helpful when they could be.

Need to have soap in the machine every time I go to was my vehicle’s there is never any soap in it I’m just wasting my money paying monthly and this is the ever wash on 77 sunshine strip in Harlingen and the one on commerce in Harlingen
Best Car Wash
Always pleased with the fast friendly service of the employees even when the outside temps are in the 90s. The attention to detail they show is awesome! The young man at the entrance is always very helpful and went out of his way to help me set up my account on my phone.
Worth Membership
Had sticker shock for single pay but got free wash from vendor decided to subscribe. Don’t even think about cost anymore just wash when i want. In Guam sun will peel the paint so well worth it

Car wash theivery
They allow the car wash to not be fully functional while expecting you to pay the full amount for the product. The machine I purchased usage for quit on washing my car at the beginning of the stage and left soap on my car to damage the paint.

Went to a Touchless car wash 30 minutes away and turns out it wasn’t in service. All I was told by the owner was “idk when it will be fixed.” Reached out to customer support and said they would reach out and follow up but never did. Absolute waste of my time and waste of money.

THE WORST Wash & Service
Oh yeah… the App is great. But it is like going to a restaurant and saying the plate and silverware are great. You aren’t going to the restaurant for the plate and silverware, though it is a given that they MUST be great. But, what about the food? This is just like that. App works nice every time but what about the wash? If you want to take a somewhat CLEAN car and get it washed in a gas station, then go ahead, pay for this and get it washed. Don’t expect anything more. If my car was driven in rain, and I washed it two days continuously through their car wash, still the mud splats on the car remain. If you have a problem with the wash, gas station will tell you to contact Everwash. If you called Everwash, they will tell you to contact the gas station. Oh what fun!! Everwash customer service is very easy to reach on the phone - except they won’t do squat as they missed the school on the day they taught the meaning of the words “customer” and “service”.

This is a pretty good deal for the money. Saves me time pulling out a hose and bucket each week. Can wash my car as many times as I want per week.

I have the idea that the employee don't know or understand what membership is, Even the things is including in your membership plan they don't want to do it, I think they think they are giving you a Free Service like a favor.

Friendly staff
Enjoy going to wash. Greeters are good. Line workers work well & efficiently.
False advertising, poor maintenance, single location
The biggest issues I find (using the Hull st. Midlothian location) is that you’re stuck using only 1 location despite the owners having multiple locations around the city. Next issue is the website clearly says “unlimited washes- wash once a day or once an hour!” But when you go you are limited to 1 per 24 hours. And lastly the lines stay backed up because there is always 1 of the 3 bays shut down/broken and it takes weeks to months to get it back in operation.
