Coming off of the Ford app, this app is exactly what I was accustomed to, which I appreciate: fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, automatic start, lock/unlock, all of the things. One thing that I don’t like is that there’s no way to manually refresh the dashboard (like I was able to do with the Ford app), and I think that would be super helpful when the app decides it doesn’t want to recognize active charging, which happens to be often for me. You can refresh the map for the vehicle location, and you can refresh the charging level when it DOES recognize active charging, but even after logging out/in and deleting/redownloading the app it still refuses to consistently show the charging status unless it’s feeling generous in the moment. Small potatoes, especially since the applicable apps for the charging stations I use keeps an accurate status and sends a notification when charging is finished. After some Reddit sleuthing, this seems to be a common thing for a few years now, even with an accurate showing of just the fuel level for the non-hybrid/electric vehicles, so my hope is that this functionality gets improved in the near future. Outside of this, no fuss: gets the job done.

I love it! Wish we could control the AC system/heater but other than that it’s good.
Expensive
The app doesn’t always work to start my jeep. It’s expensive to continue a service that doesn’t work all the time.

Needs improvements
The app lacks a lot of functional features but has tons of sales type features. The location and current fuel, tire pressure etc is VERY slow to update. Especially the location feature when I’m looking for my car in a parking lot. The Ford app is way more useful. Also, the color of the dots when you remote start the car needs to be a different color than the background. Now it’s light gray on white.
