Password reset
Fix your app to something more modern where I can reset a password within the app when I’m logged in already. Also add some account settings. Allow me to change email addresses. Like any other account online this is ridiculous.
Kinda slow
I’ve had vehicle apps from GM and Ford so with those as references, the Jeep app is slower to respond to commands. It’s alright but not the best experience.
Did not work to unlock
We pay for the services to unlock the car with the phone. Recently we had a key locked in the car situation and the app didn’t work. We were totally stranded… it sucks because I pay 25$ a month for this service and I never use it.
The one time I needed it, it didn’t work.
Very disappointing.
I called customer service and they helped to send an unlock request and they said they also got an error and was unable to unlock the car.
Cumulatively, it just feels like a total rip off..

Horrible App
App is so glitchy. Removes options to remote start constantly or just says failure and won’t connect.
Slow
Before the recent update everything was fine - but now my gas is not reporting accurately and neither is my location - and I’m paying for that service to display my vehicles location. I will be investing in a seperate GPS tag so I can ensure I’m aware of my vehicles location at all times.
Does What It’s Supposed To
App is very convenient. You can do several things with it and it’s nice to see things about your car you may need to know even if you’re not in it. They also make sure to let you add your dealership and make it easy to schedule right from the app any maintenance. It’s straightforward and does what it’s supposed to without any glitches. A nice plus, one time I completely locked my car with the keys inside and the handy app helped me unlock it with no issues.

One of the best app
This is probably the best app I have used in the last few years.
So many interesting features like remote start, geo fencing, live location. It worked for me for almost 98% of the time.
Only downside is that this app is free for only 3 months in trial. I wish they had longer trial period and after 3 months you have to pay.

Needs Work
The app occasionally won’t clear notifications. For example: I’ve been dismissing a security sytem alarm for three weeks. Additionally, if you log off, the app resets to default settings once you log back in. Specifically, the Remote section.

I love my new Jeep and Sherry at Imlay City is great to work with. She goes above and beyond. This is our third vehicle we have gotten from her

Can’t share destination from Apple maps to JEEP app. Was working fine before the update.

Old school
I’ve always wanted to have a grand Jeep Cherokee. Now that I’ve had one with all the recalls and battery issues where I could die or explode that’s just one part of this.
But when they finally released it to me so I could use the app I have a remote starter, but it doesn’t apply on this app itself. And it always logged me out. It works rarely, and to be honest it’s completely changed my mind about a jeep product.
I truly wish there was someone you could call to figure it out or help fix it but they’re just not interested!

Removed the wrong account
The app was glitching and added my old Jeep. I went to delete the old Jeep profile and it deleted my new vehicle when it was specifically on the old one. Ridiculous
Tire pressure got
Every day I get a notification for tire pressure and the numbers are not low.
Useless for Rentals
I have a rental Jeep with no Apple CarPlay and no navigation system. Online help says to use the UConnect app to enable these features, but when I enter the VIN it won’t let me access these features since it’s just a rental. Oh well - back to the 1900s for this trip!
Pretty good
Would be great if we didn’t have to pay at all to see the vehicle location. And would be nice to do climate control. The ford app does those things without extra cost, so would be great to see it here too. Also would be nice to add self service changes like oil, filters, tire rotations, and so on.
Buttons need more defined edges and trip info could be more robust.
The buttons when entering in a security code do not have defined edges. How does the user know where the button begins and ends. Also the trip info feels clunky information doesn’t load and having the ability to enter a gas price and calculate the expense of a trip would be useful to see.

Love that I can find my jeep easy with the locator! Love that it tells me if it needs service or a recall! A very well done app!
Ridiculous to have to pay for this service
Buy a brand new vehicle and immediately have to pay for the Jeep App is beyond belief. Most new cars give a year or two feee service!!! Never again with Jeep!
Trash
This app is trash. Extremely inaccurate, constantly resets and loses setup face recognition, can’t use a suggested password to reset. If this is an official app shame on you JEEP
