I really like the app. One thing I wish it did different was actively show if the vehicle was on or not when you auto start from the app. Same with the showing whether it was locked or unlocked. Instead of you the button show it’s active status. That would make the app perfect.
Not going to renew
There’s really no benefit. Better off using cellular service than the wi-fi. I mainly got it for the WiFi so my kid didn’t have to connect to my cell but more times than not the WiFi doesn’t have a strong enough signal. I’m also consistently getting kicked out of the app and for some reason it never has the right password. I’ve reset it a few times and it will work for a little while but then goes back to not recognizing my password. I’ve been extremely frustrated with this app and the lack of support. I tried to email the app developer and I got sent to a Chrysler website that wants me to sign in or shop. My last resort for help is that someone from Jeep Connect see this review. Save your money, this app isn’t worth its non-convenience!

Digital Glovebox broken
Can’t see owners manual or anything else in the digital glovebox section. When I select any option, in that section, it will lead to generic video tutorials. Please fix.
Locking Doesn’t Work
The remote start typically works, but I can never lock or unlock my vehicle with the app. It continuously tells me that something went wrong. It’s super frustrating.

Frustrating
This app is very slow and frustrating. Functions for paid subscribers are hard to locate and use. Not intuitive. The ad is cluttered with up sells and promotions. The the app is very slow. The user interface could use a total redesign. It takes several clicks to get to any useful function. Much of the time a red box appears and indicates that connection or function failed. Overall, for what this app cost on a monthly subscription and for the size of a company like JEEP, you would think that they could do a better job.

Digital Glove Box Not Working
The Digital Glove Box hasn’t worked in weeks. Supposed to get the owner’s manual and other features but only gives you Watch and Learn videos no matter what you choose. Don’t rely on this app for anything!
App could communicate better with Jeep
Sometimes it takes forever for the app to find the Jeep to remote lock it. I like that I can find location of my Jeep and have valet alerts.
Nothing really works
And what does work, just barely does. Slow/laggy, just genuinely confoundingly poorly put together. It feels like a bad beta, at best.

Latest version - more problems.
Where’s the map to show vehicle location? Map doesn’t even appear in latest version. Jeep customer service says they hear about it all the time and there’s nothing they can do. Uconnect/SiriusXM Guardian says to contact Jeep. Brand new 2026, it’s not subscription related.
Notice
Wish I would able to get a notice if I leave the jeep and forget to shut the car down so or tell if the jeep is left running.
Pointless
Not sure the point of the App and it gets worse every release. Bought a used 2019 Ford F250 and the Ford app had remote start, door lock/unlock, navigation, service information and vehicle location. Buy a brand new Gladiator and I can see oil life and tire pressure. You get service information that is available in the menu of the vehicle and that’s about it. No options for anything else.

Recently discovered the trip mode - too bad the trip cost is inaccurate. It should be pretty easy to calculate mileage cost but it’s not correct.

I absolutely love the Jeep app it is so user friendly and well laid out I love that I can check on things like oil changes and system statuses at anytime as well as lock and unlock my Jeep from my phone with ease
Fix Face ID
Through several versions of this app Face ID will randomly turn off. I go to use a feature that requires Face ID and it will ask for my passcode instead. I have to go back into settings and turn Face ID back on. This is ridiculous for an app that has been out as long as this one. Please address this.
