Every update breaks the app. Need to reinstall to recover.

Headache
Nothing but a headache using this app. Slow. Features are not reliable like vehicle location. Deleting the app and starting over was worse.
Buggy and unreliable
This app never seems to work, except for when it wants to show me ads for Jeep products.

Most useful features do not work.
Just bought a jeep and very disappointed that most of the more (would be) useful features in this app do not work. While charging my jeep, I cannot see a current charge status. I can sometimes get it to update if I delete and redownload the app, but then it will get stuck again. The climate scheduling flat out doesn’t work as well. There’s also no button to start preconditioning the cabin aside from the remote engine start feature.
I paid for the premium connect subscription and so far a total waist of money.

Is it me or do I have to keep turning Face ID back on?
Make it easier
The apps very underwhelming, i have a 2026 jeep Willys brand new.. right now the app is another way to just lock and unlock the doors… just with ads. I expected to be able to adjust heat/AC and turn on the heated seats and steering wheel .. and if the app does do that? It’s definitely not clear how to do That. So make the app easy to navigate. On top of that the pop up ads are annoying and in the way.

Doesn’t Work
Doesn’t tell me the current status of my gladiator with the fuel percentage and other details
Connecting to the car is difficult and unreliable
Trying to charge the car through the app is a nightmare. It has problems connecting all the time. It reports full battery when it isn’t fully charged. It pretty much chews rocks and I hate it.
Very frustrating
Can’t get the charging schedule to work on the app. Update the schedule on the vehicle, get notification from the app, but the app data is wrong. Each time there is a new recall added (many issued on my Jeep), you have to uninstall and reinstall the app

This is my seventh Jeep River oaks all the way from grandpa who sold me my first Jeep to this one that Alan At riveroaks show me today. I saw it last night on Online and I said I’d like to have that Jeep not knowing that I would walk out with it today very truly blessed that everything just went real smooth and I love my new redeye tree

Not accurate!
Was just notified my vehicle has a recall. That app does not indicate this, under the RECALLS section. Not impressed.

The hybrid is a good blend between power and efficiency. The charging is simple plus the customization of the vehicle really makes you feel like it’s yours. You can ride top off in the back country or you can ride top up in the city. Both experiences offer owner centric benefits. Jeep learned their consumers and delivered a product that’ll last. Durable, rugged, and efficient what else can you ask for?

Love this app
I love this app there are a few hang ups mostly my fault. Being able to know how much gas, my door locked and start my jeep from 30 miles or more away is amazing. We have the app for both our jeeps and love this app
Feature missing
I used to like the feature that would tell me if my car was unlocked or locked and that seems to be missing for quite some time now
