Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: SecuritySpy at 3.5 against iVMS's 1.0. SecuritySpy also leads on ratings volume (86 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). iVMS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.
