ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

HourTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bullet Journal Companion has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of HourTracker's written reviews are positive against 39% of Bullet Journal Companion's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

HourTracker ships an update weekly, Bullet Journal Companion every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
