Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is price: Dictation Speech to Text at Free against HourTracker's $7.99. Dictation Speech to Text also leads on review sentiment (39% vs 0%) and ratings volume (183 vs 1). HourTracker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
