Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Unreleased Tracks at free with in-app purchases against Offtop's subscription. Unreleased Tracks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). Offtop's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4.4K vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Offtop sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Unreleased Tracks sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Unreleased Tracks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Offtop has 4.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Offtop ships an update every 2 weeks, Unreleased Tracks weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
