The clearest difference is rating: CamHi at 2.7 against AovCam's 1.0. CamHi also leads on ratings volume (464 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). AovCam's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
