Download the app today and start using it for all of your travel needs! Available in: New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Houston, Miami, London, and more! HOW TO HAIL WITH ARRO: At the bottom of the home screen, tap the box labeled "I NEED A TAXI". Next Tap "Where to go?" You will see a dropoff screen where you can enter Final Destination. You'll receive a fare estimate, route preview, and ETA of the nearest available driver. When you're ready to hail, tap "Order a Taxi" at the bottom of the screen to be matched with a driver. When the ride is over, the fare is paid automatically with the card on file or another payment method of your choosing. If you are not logged in or do not have an account we will still provide a free fare estimate for you to compare with other ride services as our courtesy. HOW TO PAY WITH ARRO: If you are already in a taxi that you didn’t hail with our app, you can still use ARRO for faster payment! From the home screen, tap “I'M ALREADY IN A TAXI”, then enter the 7-digit check-in code displayed at the top of the taxi’s screen to pair the taximeter with your ARRO account. At the end of your trip, your fare will be paid automatically and your receipt will be emailed to you!
