The clearest difference is rating: Transact eAccounts at 4.8 against Quinnipiac's 2.4. Transact eAccounts also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 56 months) and ratings volume (55K vs 20). Quinnipiac's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Transact eAccounts holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Transact eAccounts has 55K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Quinnipiac's written reviews are positive against 40% of Transact eAccounts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Quinnipiac ships an update every 56 months, Transact eAccounts monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
