This app is for use in research studies examining how diet, exercise and sleep affect health and healing. Our body contains circadian (circa – approximately and dian – day) or 24 h clocks that determines the time to sleep, feel hungry or get ready for physical activity. Research studies run in different locations are trying to understand the interaction between “how much” and “when” we sleep, eat or exercise for better health. You need an activation code from these research studies to download and use the app. Following are the key features: - Camera function to snap picture of everything you eat or drink - Sleep tab to record time to bed and time of waking up - Exercise tab to log physical activity - Personalized food menu - Health tab to log and monitor health parameters - Medication reminders - Feedback with the research coordinator - Integrated healthkit framework to track your health information.

E-docs is an insurance application that provides a convenient and secure way for policyholders to manage their insurance policies. The Benefits of using our app: • No more lost policies or missed deadlines • Users can easily upload and store their policy documents on the app, eliminating the need for physical copies or paper documents. Registration: Sign up as a client: The User can register himself as a client where he can add agents, and add different policies. Secure their policies in Vault, track their policies, profile management, chat, and many more. Sign up as an Agent: The User also register as an agent where he can add client (customer), add different policies, and many more. Login: When you get to register, first you have to verify yourself after the verification is completed you can log in it successfully. E-docs provide different functionalities the user can create, update, view, or delete the policies. Health policy: Health policy refers to the set of laws, regulations, guidelines, and practices that are designed to promote, improve, and protect the health of individuals and populations. Home Policy: Home Policy allows users to create and view home policies based on their needs, and we guarantee that all policy documents in the system are secure. Life Policy: Life Policies are of three types: • Whole-life policies provide lifelong coverage with fixed premiums and guaranteed investment returns. • Term life policies offer lower initial premiums for a set term. • Universal life policies offer flexibility in premium payments, death benefits, and investment options. Auto Policy: Auto policy, also known as automobile insurance or car insurance, is a type of insurance policy that provides financial protection to drivers in the event of an accident, theft, or other damage to their vehicle. Investment Policy: An investment policy is a set of guidelines and strategies that an individual, organization, or institution follows when making investment decisions. Ancillary Policy: Ancillary policy refers to a type of policy that is supportive or secondary to a main policy or objective. Profile: A profile refers to a page or account that is created by an individual to showcase their information, activities, or interests. Live Tracking: (Live tracking Agent and the live tracking customers), In this feature, the agent adds the customer documents to the tracking feature and can update the steps according to the documents verification status and the customers can only view the status of documents updated by the agents on the live tracking customer interface. Review Policy: Agent can access this feature where the user can see the policies that are secure, customer can’t access this feature. Chat: In E-docs, we have a feature named “Chat” through which users can talk and share their ideas. Support Chat: E-Docs is also providing us with the Support Chat feature, through this feature users can seek help from online agents. Vault: The vault is used for security purposes. The user can secure their policy documents in the vault, they can also share their documents with their agents or their family members. Certificates: The users can also upload the certificates, Certificates are digital or physical documents that serve as proof of achievement, qualification, or completion of a specific course, program, or training. Regarding user-friendliness, an E-docs application is very easy to use and easy to navigate, with a clear and intuitive interface.
