Intava is an interval timer made so you can put your phone down and work out. Sound and vibration mark every interval, so you never have to look at the screen. Cues keep coming even if you close the app, and they never lower your music. There's no paywall. No locked features, no ads, no sign-up. ■ Rest exactly as long as you meant to No more planning a 3-minute rest and scrolling for 6. Work and rest are color-coded, and every interval ends with a sound and a buzz. ■ Routines: exercises in order, by rounds Put squats, planks and lunges in the order and rounds you want, and Intava tells you what's next. Add a note like "20 kg · elbows in" to any exercise and it shows up when that exercise starts. ■ Change plans mid-workout Machine taken? Reorder. Not feeling an exercise? Skip it. Adjust times and sets on the spot. ■ See it without opening the app Time left, the current interval and what's next show on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. When you finish, save your workout card as an image or share it straight to Instagram Stories. ■ Timers: just work, rest and sets A simple interval timer for one repeated move, for Tabata, HIIT or circuit training. Warm-up, prepare and cool-down flow into one session. ■ Nothing to log by hand Finish a workout and your total time, work time and completed sets land on your calendar automatically. There's no form to fill in. Workouts can also be saved to Apple Health. ■ Your music stays loud Cue sounds are built in a separate frequency range from music and play on top of it. Your song never gets quieter. ■ No servers No login. Every routine and record stays on your device. With no servers to pay for, there's no reason to start charging later. Switching phones? Export and import a single file. Great for you if you - want to keep your rest between sets exact - don't want to stare at your phone at the gym or at home - like building Tabata, HIIT or circuit workouts with your own sets and rounds - want a workout log without typing one - are tired of timer apps that paywall the basics Available in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
