Realise. Your time is limited. Act now! Most of us know what we want to do. We know the conversation we need to have, the risk we want to take, the life we want to live. And yet — we wait. We overthink. We let anxiety talk us out of it. Realise is built on a simple Stoic truth: memento mori — remember that you will die. Not as a source of dread, but as the clearest possible reminder that your time is real, finite, and passing right now. When you see your life honestly — how much you've lived, how much remains — the fog of overthinking lifts. Fear shrinks. Priorities sharpen. The thing you've been putting off suddenly becomes possible. Features Your time, visualised — See your life as a clear, honest picture based on real life expectancy data Personalised to you — Set your profile and get insights grounded in your age and background Daily reflection — Gentle prompts rooted in Stoic philosophy to keep you present and intentional No noise, no hustle — A calm, minimal space for perspective, not pressure The Stoics didn't practise mortality awareness to become morbid. They did it to become free — free from the paralysis of overthinking, free from the tyranny of someday. "Perfecting your life is not a matter of time. It's a matter of will." — Seneca Realise. Your time is limited. Act now.
