Buggy app
The app doesn’t let me do simple things like downloading my water bill. It keeps taking me back to the login screen. Even if I re-login it takes me back to the Home Screen. They need to have mercy on us and fix these bugs
Doesn’t Work- It’s of no use.
It is very hard to log in the mobile number tab doesn’t open. You have to try 10-20 times, even then it may not open. I use an iPhone 13.
I wanted to open property tax, that too would not open.
The app needs a thorough overhaul. And multiple user testing, before an update can be released.

Location service issue
Unable to provide location as a message pops up saying to navigate to settings and enable location. After having done so, it still is unable to find my location. Due to this complaints aren't acted upon. Defeats the whole purpose of the app.

Location services not working properly
Tried in different mobiles and checked all settings - even though location services is enabled and given access to - still the app doesn’t take the location while registering complaint
Location issue
In spite of location services being enabled for always, I am not able to register a specific services complaint for tree trimming in public premises. While registering the complaint, when I choose the location , message comes “location, permission denied. Go to settings> my BMC> allow location permission to take your current location”
When I go to the settings, as I mentioned, I find that the location is already enabled to “always” for my BMC app”
I am using IPAD8th Gen, IOS Version 18.5

Extremely Poor Performance – Needs Serious Improvement
This app is supposed to make accessing civic services easier, but it’s completely unreliable. It doesn’t open properly on iPhone, crashes frequently, and offers no helpful error messages. I’ve tried reinstalling, updating, and everything else, but nothing works. It’s frustrating that such an important municipal service is handled through an app that clearly lacks proper development and support. The developers need to take responsibility and ensure basic functionality before pushing this to the public. Very disappointing.

Why do they have an app which is not working cant even log in have been trying for months why is it even on the App Store?? Can’t view any bills a complete useless app almost December i was hoping they would bring change to the app but i was expecting a lot from one of the worst departments in Mumbai

App Crashes
The app simply crashes when selecting certain options

Useless app. Asia’s number one Municipal corporation doesn’t know how to fix the application problem or purposefully not solving it so citizens visit the BMC office and REST all know. Simple thing of login is not working on iOS. It shows check your Internet connection after entering Mobile number.

Unable to login
Even if our WiFi and data both are working, instead of login in, it will pop a message stating, check your internet connection.

Unable to login from mobile on iphone app
On login from iphone app, error is thrown “check your internet connection” even when internet is working fine both on wifi and data pack. Please rectify this, its very frustrating. BMC really needs to keep up the quality of their apps!

Useless, Seems even BMC folks not using it
I have raised 2 complaints and none of them have been actioned. There is no way to figure out if the complaint has been acknowledged forget about getting a status on action taken. Obviously seems like an app created just for the sake of it, where even BMC personnel are also not using it. No point of having an app then. Useless!!!

I would really appreciate the efforts taken by the corporation to revive the mobile application. Newer version meets the requirements of day today operations, seamless and enhanced UI.
